Software Engineer
Mavrick Software and Telecom Services, Inc. is looking for a Software Engineer (Job ID MAV-SE-01-2012) with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), or any related discipline. Candidate must have at least two years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Object Oriented Analysis and Design/Development (OOA/OOD) with JAVA/J2EE platform.
Duties: Analyze requirements to transform into use cases. Design and implement client/server enterprise applications and web applications. Develop applications using JAVA/J2EE technologies, create web services, write enterprise message driven beans and query relational databases such as Oracle. Integrate, deploy, and configure applications on IBM Web Application Server. Work closely with various development teams to integrate applications. Perform end to end testing based on requirements. Prepare documentation for applications API's & code review. Analyze and design innovative databases within an application area working individually or coordinate database development as part of a team. Consult with customers to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Initiate development and implementation of software best practices and software development methodologies.

Software Engineer / Technical Consultant
Mavrick Software and Telecom Services Inc. is looking for a Software Engineer / Technical Consultant (SharePoint, .NET Developer) (Job ID MAV-SE-01) with Bachelor's, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), or any related discipline, +5 years of progressive experience. Duties: Develop complex SharePoint Workflows; SharePoint installation; Configuration and Administration; Analyze sophisticated functional and business requirements; Design, develop, configure, deploy, program and implement software applications, packages and components customized to meet specific needs and requirements; Review, repair and modify complicated programs to ensure technical accuracy, security and reliability of programs; Perform test plan preparation and unit and system testing; Perform code review and bug fixing; Perform troubleshooting and code migration; Provide quality documentation, status updates and support.

Senior Database Administrator
Mavrick Software and Telecom Services Inc. is looking for a Senior Database Administrator (Job ID MAV-DBA-01-2011). Design Physical and Logical database for new and existing projects. Install and Implement cluster and standalone SQL servers. Calculate optimum parameters values for servers, such as amount of computer memory, CPU, space to be used by databases. Design ETL processes to extract data from different sources, like Oracle and Teradata. Configure and maintain Log Shipping and database mirroring for data recovery. Perform all kinds of back-ups and restore database backup. Conduct performance tuning for slowly performing queries. Design database maintenance plans to take System and User DBs on a daily basis. Create maintenance plans for index defragmentation. Use performance monitor and SQL Profiler for health checks of all the servers. Assignment to client sites on an as needed basis. Experience in design, implementation and development of large data warehouses using various RDBMS. Specify user access level for each segment of one or more data items, such as insert, update and retrieve or delete data, maintain database and users security. Test and correct errors and refine changes to databases. Install, maintain and deploy codes to manage production database. Direct programmers and analysts to make changes to database management systems. Review and correct programs. Decision support systems and Metadata definition. Perform various other database administrator tasks utilizing SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Structured Query Language (SQL) Server, Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS), Lite Speed, Performance Analysis (PA),Terminal Server, and Entity Relationship Diagram (Erwin).
Requires: Masters degree in Computer Science (will accept any field of study with post-graduate studies in software technology & systems management and Microsoft certifications in database design & SQL Server implementation) + 3 years experience that must have led to expertise in SQL Database Design, Development, Replication, Maintenance and Indexing. Ability to configure and maintain Log Shipping and database mirroring. Must be willing and able to travel/relocate to client sites as needed. Software Engineer - SAP
Mavrick Software and Telecom Services Inc. is looking for a Software Engineer - SAP (Job ID MAV-SAP-01-2011) in Dallas, TX. Perform complete Software development life cycle for several complex product features. Design and develop software applications to achieve functional, technical and operational goals as defined in project for client use to optimize operational efficiency. Convert project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical workflow charts. Evaluate user requests for new and modified software programs. Evaluate and manage SAP Project needs. Implement SAP Projects. Design and develop ERP level software applications using SAP Solutions, SAP ABAP, ABAP OO, RICEFW, VB, C#, .Net framework, LAN-WAN TCP-IP, Windows, SQL, SAP FS-CD, PS-CD, FI-CO, IS-U, and SAP FI-CA. Use SAP Security, SAP Best Practice, SAP mass run during nightly batch process for mass number of users in FI-CA, integration between different SAP modules in heterogeneous environments, complex & critical applications in concurrent user load to implement SAP high budget projects. Consult with management to ensure agreement on client software. Work closely with business and IT stakeholders, including outside service providers, to understand and define new software requirements and enhancements to application portfolio. Lead software application support and development projects, including metrics, monitoring and reporting, to ensure all applications meet business objectives and all internal and external audit compliance and controls. Perform related duties and projects as assigned. M-F; 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. 40 hrs/week. $108721.60/year.
Require Master's or equiv., degree, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Computer Info, Sys., Engineering, Math or equiv., and 3 years experience in the job offered or 3 year's experience as a as a Sr. Business Analyst, Developer III, Computer Software Engineer, and Programmer or equiv. Experience in: .Net framework, C#, SQL, Windows, LAN-WAN TCP-IP, SAP ABAP, SAP FS-CD, SAP FI - CA, FI - CO, IS-U, RICEFW and PS-CD. Must have experience in designing, developing and testing applications. Relocation and travel to unanticipated locations within USA possible. In lieu of Master's degree and 3 years of experience, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience. Duties include plan, analyze, design, develop, test and document computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. Develop computer applications and write programs to achieve functional and operational goals as defined in the project scope to aid in storing, locating and retrieving specific documents, data and information. Convert project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer languages. Evaluate user requests for new and modified programs. Test existing and new computer applications and programs for any defects and suggest modifications. Perform analysis of the business and provide and / or recommend appropriate IT solutions. Document software practices and develop user documentation manuals. Analyze and design databases within an application area working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. Consult with customers to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
